SkillFlow Learning is an EdTech company focused on providing industry-relevant certification and upskilling programs across IT and Non-IT domains, with the aim of bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. We are currently looking for immediate joiners who are interested in building a career in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management. Key Responsibilities * Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline through regular follow-ups. * Understand customer requirements and present SkillFlow's products and services effectively. * Convert qualified leads into customers through effective pitching, negotiation, and closure. * Maintain client relationships and support customer onboarding. * Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports. Eligibility & Skills * Any Bachelor's degree or above. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Good presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. * Candidates who are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and interested in a career in Sales & Business Development are encouraged to apply.
